Christmas Music for Charity '07

Dear AccuRadio listener,


Last year,
AccuHolidays contributed thousands of dollars to two great charities — Heifer International and Concern Worldwide USA.

This year, we'd like to do even more... and you can help!

Here's our plan:
 For all our channels combined, AccuRadio's peak audience size on November 28th (i.e., at the highest moment) was 19,185 listeners. For every new listener we add to our peak audience size in December with your help, we'll contribute $1 to this year's selected charities.

So if you can help us
double our audience (i.e., if at the busiest moment in December we have 19,185 new listeners), we'll contribute $19,185 to be split among the selected charities. Similarly, if we add 50,000 new listeners, we'll contribute $50,000!*

(
Rather than spending money on advertising, we'd rather give money to organizations like Heifer and Concern. This seems to us to be a plan in which everybody wins!)

The charities you'll be helping support in 2007 include...

America's Second Harvest, which helps support over 200 food banks around the country,
Heifer International, which helps change the lives of deserving families around by providing them a sustainable future via a gift of livestock (e.g., geese, llamas, or a cow),
Broadway Cares, the theatrical community's leading charitable fund-raising organization,
GiftBasket.org's "Provide Shelter for Animals" gift basket, which supports four worthy charities that provide sanctuary to abandoned cats, chimps, and other animals, and
Grant-a-Wish, which provides "wishes" of gifts, clothing, and more to children in schools, shelters, churches, daycare centers, and hospitals in the Chicago area.

Please note that ALL AccuRadio listeners are being counted, not just AccuHolidays listeners, so that familop, classical, Broadway, reggae, or other channels will also count toward this $1/person donation.

P.S. You may find that you want to make a direct donation, or a gift donation in someone else's name, to one or more of these great charities. For a $20 donation to Heifer International, for example, you can donate a gift of a flock of geese ("Six geese a-laying!") to a needy, deserving family in America or elsewhere in the world, and by doing so change their entire lives.

* TECHNICAL DETAILS:   (1) In the event that "fraudulent" listening seems to be occurring (e.g., multiple simultaneous listening sessions per person, media players left open with nobody listening; etc.), AccuRadio reserves the right to make a good faith effort to subtract out such listening. (We would use available statistics such as banner click-through rates, rate of use of the "skip" button, rate of Amazon purchases, etc. (The spirit of this promotion is that we're trying to encourage genuine listening to AccuRadio by real people.))   (2) AccuRadio listeners are requested not to "spam" strangers with invitations/requests to listen. The percentage of audience that can be reasonably determined to have arrived at AccuRadio as a result of spamming activities (as determine by, for example, a random user survey) may also be subtracted out of listenership totals. (3) AccuRadio reserves the right to cap its maximum donation at 100% of its total December accrual-basis revenues, minus royalty and bandwidth costs (maximum estimated to be approximately $50,000 unless ad sales improve. Note that this donation would be much more than 100% of profits!); donations will be made in 2008 as early as reasonably practical. (4) AccuRadio reserves the right to adjust out listening gains that were demonstrably not a result of Tell-a-Friend efforts (e.g., gains that were the direct result of advertising purchases).

SAMPLE TRACKING DATA:
The chart below shows AccuRadio's peak audience size for each day from Tuesday, October 30th through Wednesday, November 28, 2007. As you can see, our audience has been growing as we enter the Christmas season. (You can also see that our audience is typically bigger on weekdays than weekends.) Our biggest day during the period -- the day we will use to establish our "base" audience size -- was November 28th, when we had 19,185 simultaneous listeners at 2:40 PM ET.
