AccuRadio works with Internet Explorer version 5.5 and higher, and new versions of Netscape (7.1 and higher). Firefox users may be prompted to install a small"plug-in" upon channel launch to allow AccuRadio to work. Mac users need OS "Panther" or "Tiger"
(PowerPC or Intel) with all the latest updates installed: AccuRadio should work with Safari, Firefox, and Camino.
Having problems launching AccuRadio? The two most-likely problems are caused by pop-up blockers or your browser's security settings. Possible fixes are described here. (Answers to many other tech questions are in our FAQ.)
