Especially the alternative from when I came up -- music "built to last." Plus it serves up more contemporary music that speaks to my rock sensibility, but I might not have come across on my own.

Heavy '70s
This was the music I was playing too loud in my bedroom growing up. I may not have the same angst coursing through my brain (and maybe other things) as I did back then, but this music still rocks me.

Classic Rock Album Cuts
It takes a lot to get me off the couch and onto the elliptical, but this channel does it. My heart loves it, my muscles... not so much.

Pure Funk
100% pure fun and energy. Doesn't matter what else is going on, if I'm listening to this channel, it's a sunny day.
